Once your order has been completed and you receive your shipping confirmation, delivery times are as follows:
France: 3–5 business days (via Colissimo)
Europe & UK: 5–10 business days
International: 10–20 business days
For orders shipped outside the EU, additional import duties, taxes, or customs fees may be charged upon delivery. These fees are set by local customs authorities and are not included in the item price. We strive to keep this process as clear and transparent as possible.
While we carefully prepare and ship each order, we unfortunately cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen during transit.
Material & Care instructions
Each piece is handmade using delicate materials and artisanal techniques. Due to its nature, slight irregularities and fragility are part of its uniqueness. We recommend handling your piece with special care.
Latex behaves like a second skin and is particularly sensitive to light. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may alter its surface, causing discoloration or damage.
Avoid prolonged exposure to heat or direct sunlight.
FOR THE LATEX MAGNETIC IMPRINT :
If needed, gently clean with a damp cloth. Frequent cleaning is not required after each wear.
DO NOT SOAK or wash with large amounts of water.
Do not machine wash.
Do not tumble dry.
Do not iron.
Do not bleach.
FOR THE WHITE COTTON TOP :
Hand wash or gentle wash on delicate cycle, maximum 30°, WITHOUT THE LATEX IMPRINT.
DO NOT BLEACH.
