We ship worldwide unless otherwise specified.

2. Processing & Production Time

• Ready-to-ship items are dispatched after order confirmation.

• Made-to-order or bespoke pieces require a production time, communicated at the time of purchase.

• Production times are indicative and may vary due to artisanal processes, material availability or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and begin once the order has been dispatched. SAS Juliette Pasquier cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, force majeure or events beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on destination, weight and carrier.

5. Risk & Transfer of Responsibility

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery. We are not responsible for parcels once marked as delivered by the carrier.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
