1. Bespoke Services

We offer bespoke and made-to-measure services for selected pieces.

2. Process

• Bespoke orders involve close collaboration and may include fittings, measurements, prototypes or samples.

• Timelines, pricing and specifications are agreed upon prior to confirmation.

3. Payment

• Bespoke orders require full payment or a non-refundable deposit before production begins.

• Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

4. Variations

Due to the artisanal and experimental nature of bespoke work, slight variations in shape, texture, color or finish are inherent and not considered defects.

5. Intellectual Property

All bespoke designs, patterns, processes and samples remain the intellectual property of SAS Juliette Pasquier, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
